– Items are shipped through USPS. Shipping times can vary. I do not guarantee times that it takes to actually ship. Know that with covid things can be delayed.
Please order items in advance for holidays and special occasions if you can to ensure getting them in time. Every Item I make is made just for you and is not started until after you place an order. This means some orders, I need to order your item before I can personalize it.
Shirts are ready to ship within 2-3 weeks. This is subject to change depending on how many orders I currently have, please check here before placing orders again in the future.
Stuffed animals are ready to ship with in 2-4 weeks. This is subject to change depending on how many orders I currently have

PICK- UP OPTION- Items that are not picked up with in 30 days of order being completed are considered abandoned unless you have reached out and set up another time to get your items. I can not hold items forever. They are not eligible for return either. Sorry for any inconvenience.
RETURNS- There is a NO RETURN policy since all items are made custom just for you. If there is ever something wrong with your order please let me know so I can make it right.
